Philadelphia’s only coalition created to end youth homelessness needs your support. During Covid-19, most foundations are donating only to issues directly related to Covid-19 or to organizations that they already give to. The city government has cut spending for the next fiscal year, so unlike previous years – PH4Y will get nothing for FY2021.
In order for our committees, advocacy to continue, we need about $100,000. Right now, We created a Go Fund Me account as the hub where people can donate. We want all members, allies, and champions for change to support us. This is how you can check in and help.
Email – Email legislators or executives already in your network. Ask them to financially support the coalition. Use the “Facebook version” image to include picture in emails you send.
Call/text – Call federal, state, and local legislators and executives. Click here for a link to the phone numbers. Use “Instagram version” for send image as text.
Post and share – Save or screen shot an image and post it on your social media profile. Click here to access the images.
Join – get connected on policy, reform, and other issues. The coalition has four committees. To join, click the link, and complete the form. You’ll then be invited to the next meeting. During Covid-19 all meetings are virtual.
Use our GoFundMe account to donate.
